Requirements:

• Own and optimize the used car inventory to ensure smooth operations and maximum profitability.
• Review leads and outbound communication daily through dealer tools to stay ahead of opportunities.
• Set appraisal standards and perform accurate, consistent vehicle evaluations.
• Partner with the Used Car Manager to identify and convert trade‑in opportunities.
• Use industry tools and CRM systems to streamline inventory and sales operations.
• Maintain front‑line readiness—stickers, plate frames, wholesale units, and overall vehicle presentation.
• Be the dealership’s used‑car expert, mastering trims, tech, and must‑have packages.
• Build strong customer relationships that drive repeat business and long‑term loyalty.
• Execute consultative selling, asking the right questions and guiding customers confidently.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly through CRM, phone, text, and email.
• Deliver impactful vehicle demonstrations that influence buying decisions.
• Stay engaged with prospects and past customers to fuel consistent sales growth.
• Sharpen sales skills through ongoing training, conquer objections, and excel in dynamic situations.
• Lead by example, elevate the team, and exceed expectations with positivity and daily A‑game energy.

Qualifications:

• Used Vehicle Expertise: Minimum 1 year of used car sales experience with strong product knowledge.
• Dealership-Proven: At least 3 years of successful dealership sales performance.
• Professional Presence: Polished, confident, and business‑appropriate appearance.
• High‑Energy Work Ethic: Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Customer‑Focused: Builds trust, delivers exceptional service, and drives long‑term loyalty.
