We are looking for a dynamic Used Sales Manager who is ready to help our sales team to increase sales volume and sales efficiency. They must have great marketing skills, understand matrix, buying habits careful watch of
the market recon and aged inventory
They will ensure that the dealership meets vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team, by forecasting sales, and by maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. The Used Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within our used product division. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that align with the company's overall objectives. The manager will lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends and customer feedback to refine our offerings and improve sales performance. Ultimately, the success of this position will be measured by increased sales volume, improved customer retention, and a strengthened market presence in the used products sector.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of automotive sales management experience.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.
