    McGrath Arlington Kia is looking for a professional Automotive Warranty Administrator / Claims Specialist who understands manufacturer compliance, documentation, and how critical warranty accuracy is to dealership profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

     

    • Review repair orders for proper documentation and manufacturer compliance
    • Work with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure claims meet factory requirements
    • Track and reconcile warranty receivables and outstanding claims
    • Maintain documentation and files required for manufacturer warranty audits
    • Help maintain a high standard of warranty compliance within the service department
    • Process and submit Kia warranty claims accurately and efficiently

     

     

    Ideal Candidate

     

    • Previous Automotive Warranty Administrator experience
    • Strong understanding of repair orders, labor operations, and warranty documentation
    • Experience working inside a high-volume dealership service department
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Able to work closely with service management, advisors, and technicians
