Automotive Warranty Clerk

Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for processing warranty product submissions and cancellations accurately and efficiently. This role supports dealership operations by ensuring all warranty-related paperwork is completed, submitted, tracked, and reconciled in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty product submissions and cancellations.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Communicate with dealership staff and warranty providers regarding claims and cancellations.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with reporting and reconciliation as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Warranty Clerk in an automotive dealership required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass background check and drug test
