Job Details Location: Durham, NC 27713Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 Base + Commission/monthTitle: Automotive Window Tint InstallerCompensation structure may vary depending on location. For specific details please speak with the hiring recruiter.Responsibilities Install window tint/paint protection film on vendor, customer, and dealership automobiles using quality products and trusted techniques for best results.Program and cut door edge protectors from paint protection film using supplied plotter.Take orders and ship paint protection products locally and throughout the states.Maintain constant communication with necessary personnel to ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed per the latest company standards.Remove dirt and debris from windows and windshields and apply primer before starting each tinting job.Choose the right tools, equipment, and parts needed for each job.Use shop software system to enter, update, and verify job information before, during, and after each tint job.Utilize a plotter or manual method to create cutouts for tint film and paint protection film.Perform work according to the latest OSHA and EPA regulations and standards.Keep the shop and work environment orderly by cleaning up after each job, storing tools and equipment properly, and performing janitorial duties when needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required.At least two years of work experience.Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities.Positive attitude.Working Conditions Job duties are primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment.Team-based work.Fast-paced work environment.May be required to work at other job sites within close proximity.Schedule Weekend availability.Benefits Medical insurance for you and your family.Dental insurance.Vision insurance.Term, whole life, and AD&D insurance.Short- and long-term disability insurance.401(k) traditional and Roth.401(k) employer matching.Opportunities for advancement.And much more.EEO Guidelines We will consider all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
