Responsibilities:
- Install window tint film on automotive, residential, and commercial glass surfaces
- Perform precise film cutting, trimming, and application using professional tools and techniques
- Inspect completed installations for quality, ensuring bubble-free and seamless finishes
- Consult with customers to recommend appropriate tint levels, film types, and products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle vehicles with care and professionalism throughout the service process
- Stay current on the latest tinting products, techniques, and industry trends
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in window film installation (automotive, residential, or commercial)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work with hands in various positions
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
