This role is responsible for repairing minor dents, dings, and hail damage, restoring vehicles to pre -damage condition while maintaining factory finishes. Responsibilities<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>

• Perform windshield repair/replacement on a variety of vehicles<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Use specialized tools and techniques to repair/replace windshields<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring repairs meet or exceed customer expectations<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members regarding repair timelines and updates<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/span><\/li>
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines<\/span><\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • <\/b>Previous experience in windshield repair/replacement required<\/span><\/span>

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship<\/span><\/span>

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast -paced environment<\/span><\/span>

  • Self -motivated with strong time management skills<\/span><\/span>

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record<\/span><\/span>
