We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mechanical Technician to support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a large-scale fleet of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) on a high-pace production floor. This hands-on mechanical role is critical to ensuring the reliability, uptime, and performance of robotic material transport systems used in advanced manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, physical dexterity, and the ability to rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware-level issues with minimal supervision. You will serve as the first line of technical response for AMR fleet incidents, performing commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement activities to support uninterrupted production flow.
