We are seeking a skilled Autonomy Test Specialist to join our team supporting Zoox. This role focuses on simulation, vehicle testing, and validation of autonomous driving systems, ensuring high-quality performance in real-world and simulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
Create and define simulation scenarios for PUDO (Pick-Up/Drop-Off) and depot site operations
Translate operational requirements into testable configurations
Develop and maintain vehicle test plans for both on-site and off-site testing
Coordinate test scheduling with vehicle operations teams
Perform initial triage of test results and identify issues for engineering teams
Document test outcomes and generate clear reports for stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as an Autonomy Test Specialist or similar role
Strong experience in autonomous vehicle testing / simulation environments
Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, and validation
Ability to analyze test results and perform issue triage
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered
