You Have:
Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
Client Experience: Lead meetings and manage expectations for a polished client experience
Status updates in Project Management Software
Experience with C4, Savant, and/or Lutron (a plus!)
LP Custom Solution's Contribution to You:
$85-95k/yr - Yep!
