AV Support Technician

Payrate: $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the front line for all conference room AV, ensuring smooth operation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Conduct daily AV sweeps and troubleshoot issues ranging from dropped Google Meet calls to malfunctioning room schedulers.
• Lead the setup of new conference rooms from the ground up.
• Support company events by managing AV for productions out of the All-Hands booth and training room event space.
• Collaborate with broadcast and events teams to ensure seamless event execution.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience in AV support and technology.
• Proven track record of troubleshooting and problem-solving in AV environments.
• Ability to set up and maintain AV equipment in conference rooms and event spaces.

 
Skills:

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Passion for AV and IT technology, valuing both hard work and fun.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $38.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
