AV Tech/Security Installer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Techs/Security Installers to join a dynamic team in Williamsburg, VA. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing and maintaining audio-visual systems and security equipment, ensuring that commercial clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual systems, including projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Install and service security systems, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide recommendations to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV and security systems.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Provide training and support to clients on the use of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AV and security system installation and maintenance.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of AV equipment and security technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, NICET) are a plus.
