Job Title: AV Technician

Location: Ft. Myers, FL

Duration: Contract to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot commercial audiovisual systems including video conferencing, digital signage, audio distribution, and control systems.
  • Program, commission, and support Crestron control systems, touch panels, processors, and networked AV devices.
  • Interpret system drawings, schematics, and signal flow diagrams to ensure accurate installation and system functionality.
  • Perform system integration, device configuration, firmware updates, and end-to-end commissioning of AV solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in commercial AV environments.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver projects on schedule and meet performance requirements.
  • Provide client training, technical documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful system operation and user adoption.
Required PPE: Hardhat, high-vis vest, gloves, steel toed boots, goggles

Required Tools: basic cabling hand tools
