Pay Range: $45 - $53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
 

Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, React JS, Azure DevOps, and AI-driven development, along with proven leadership in driving end-to-end solutioning, stakeholder engagement, and global delivery coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
  • Hands-on experience with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
  • Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos)
  • Expertise in GitHub Enterprise / version control / branching strategies
  • Experience in building cloud-native and containerized applications (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns
  • Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-based coding tools (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
  • Domain experience in Insurance / Financial Services (optional)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
  • Drive solution architecture and technical design decisions for complex systems
  • Lead Agile Scrum teams and ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables
  • Perform code reviews, design reviews, and enforce coding standards
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery
  • Manage production issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements
  • Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation pipelines
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies including AI/ML and cloud-native architectures
