Key Responsibilities:/Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Handle phone moves.
Headset installations, troubleshooting headset issues, etc.
Feet on the floor assistance to backline teams (i.e. trace trunks, vendor assistance for onsite repairs/visits, etc.) PBX system administration.
Program call specific routing for Managers/Assistants, etc.
Set up voice mail for new users, resetting voice mail password, remove voice mail for term'd users, etc.
Route Broadcast messages for site.
Technical Degree Voice preferred.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to interact positively with peers, managers, customers, and service providers.
Must be self-directed with independent problem-solving ability and basic documentation skills.
Previous experience in customer support, voice operations, Avaya PBX and Avaya VoIP administration, or another related area.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with configuration and troubleshooting Avaya VoIP systems.
Minimum of 5 years' experience troubleshooting voice and circuits (SIP, PRIs, Trunks).
Experience supporting PolyCom Telepresence / Video Conferencing systems is a plus.
