ROLE/RESPONSIBILITES: Successful management of a multi-disciplinary team comprised of engineering and architectural staff. Client management; communication with design team and client Management of design and documentation process Development of project scopes, fees and schedules Preparation of contracts; oversight of budgets, schedules, and tasks. Ability to travel when needed. Experience with renovation and/or new construction of aviation facilities Project planning, fee preparations, and contract negotiation Proposal writing experience Experience with construction administration.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of architecture (5 year degree) (or higher) Twelve years of relevant aviation architecture experience. 5 years of project management experience with aviation projects. Registered Architect / NCARB preferred
