DATA ENTRY CLERK – NIGHT SHIFT

Job Summary:
HQ Aero is currently recruiting for DATA ENTRY CLERK (NIGHT SHIFT) in Tucson, AZ.

Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be required to:
  • Enter / scan information from handwritten aircraft work cards into digital spreadsheets and databases.
  • Collect and organize documents from various workstations.
  • Review all entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and work rules.
  • All other job duties as assigned.
 Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of office duties and administration experience required.
  • Typing skill – 40wpm with an accuracy rate of 90%
  • Must pass FAA – compliant drug/alcohol screening and background check (no felonies)
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Job Type:
  • Long Term Contract
  • Shift Schedule:        Sun / Mon / Tues rotating Sat
  • Schedule Hours:      6:30pm till 7:00am
 Essential Job Functions
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to work with little to no guidance.  Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Physical Demands: The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.  Position requires frequent walking, standing and/or climbing.
  • Work Environment: FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in a hangar and ramp environment.
