Job Overview:
We are seeking both A&P licensed inspectors and experienced unlicensed inspectors for our dynamic team. This role involves servicing, repairing, and overhauling aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness. The position offers the opportunity to work on passenger and cargo planes at Miami International Airport, engaging in a critical aspect of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Inspector, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that aircraft and their components meet all quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
**Processing daily incoming and outgoing materials in compliance with ISO 9000 Procedures Manual and Customer Requirements Manual.
**Collaborating closely with the Director of Quality Control to review and update department standards.
**Dispositioning rejects in liaison with suppliers and product lines.
**Engaging in problem-solving and decision-making processes with a strong analytical mindset.
Qualifications:
**For A&P Licensed Inspectors: FAA Airframe AND Powerplant License required (not one or the other).
**Prior experience performing airframe inspections OR heavy maintenance on airframes of larger aircraft (not jets), specifically Airbus.
**Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
**Excellent communication skills and a commitment to company values and ethics.
**Ability to perform in a traditional warehouse environment, including sitting, standing, bending, reaching, and moving about the facility.
**Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds and comply with OSHA standards.S
