Avid Conyers Night Auditor

Responsibilities

*Weekend Night Auditor ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out with efficiency
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Transferring calls or take messages when necessary
• Accurately process credit card transactions safely and securely
• Communicate with guest about any problems/complaints and determine the best form of action to resolve
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent service
• Perform other duties as assigned

  Qualifications

  Opera PMS Experience Required 

  At least one year of experience working at a hotel front desk guest services agent, or 

• night auditor guest service agent.

  Skills: communication, light computer, reading and writing, basic math, problem solving.

  Having a flexible schedule including weekends and/or holidays
