DOT - MRO facility
Shift: 1st and 2nd
Hours of operation: 1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30 pm 2nd Shift - 3:00pm - 11:30pm 
Must have Tools & Tool Box per HAECO Minimum Tool List.
Start dates: 8/10 
A minimum of 4 years related aircraft experience like heavy mod work or systems checks
Client does have a preference toward military trained if available

Clear copy of the Front and Back of contractor A&P License (if applicable).
Aircraft work on: Airbus A319, 320, 321
Must pass Assessment test
Training - Mon- Fri - First day of Training Flat Rate $60 
Language (read, write, speak, and understand English)
Safety shoes - are required 
OSHA mandated Hearing Test and Respirator Fit Test; must pass
Must be shaved: no facial hair in order to pass Respirator Fit Test. Anyone refusing to shave facial hair must must purchase a full mask prior to starting work, cost is approximately, $110.00, no payroll deduction

JOB SUMMARY:
The Avionics Technician is responsible to perform operational checks, troubleshoot, and repair avionics and electrical systems on all types of aircraft. The Avionics Technician must perform a variety of installation and maintenance tasks on avionics hardware and wiring assemblies. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Perform such typical maintenance functions as cabling, component removal/installation, wire harness removal/installation, fabrication/repair of wire assemblies, and continuity checks.
2. Determine if work can safely be accomplished if aircraft is in a power-on mode and be able to conduct necessary testing if in a power-on mode.
3. Fabricate and install all wiring assemblies, static lines, and associated mechanical equipment.

MINIMUM:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must provide own tools as indicated on company tool list.
Language (read, write, speak, and understand English).
Four (4) or more years experience troubleshooting and effecting Avionics repairs on Military or Commercial aircraft or five (5) or more years
