Pay: Starting at $32.14/hour

PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the aviation industry to hire a Product Acceptance Specialist supporting executive fleet aircraft programs. In this critical role, you will serve as a frontline quality expert—inspecting, validating, and ensuring the integrity of advanced aircraft systems that demand the highest standards of performance and safety.

What You’ll Do

As a Product Acceptance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspect aircraft electrical systems, wiring, components, and installations to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
  • Perform quality assurance inspections across multiple phases of production, maintenance, and modification
  • Evaluate goods, services, and operations for conformance to safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Implement and follow quality and safety plans aligned with contract and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and communicate deficiencies to appropriate teams for corrective action
  • Maintain accurate quality assurance documentation and inspection records
  • Determine inspection scope and frequency for both scheduled and unscheduled inspections
  • Ensure all performance requirements are completed to customer and regulatory expectations
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to uphold quality standards in a dynamic environment

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of:- 3+ years working with aircraft electrical systems, wiring, or installations

    • 5+ years of aerospace quality inspection experience
    • 5+ years of product or process inspection experience
  • Strong ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints

  • Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, and overtime as required

  • **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license. **

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inspecting avionics, electrical systems, and integrated aircraft components
  • Background in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations
  • Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace or manufacturing
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification or ability to obtain FAA Repairman Certification
  • Familiarity with** military, or executive fleet aircraft**

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in confined spaces, elevated platforms, and high-noise environments
  • Capability to lift up to 35 lbs (and assist with heavier lifts)
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and overhead reaching
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Ability to pass vision and color perception tests
  • Comfortable handling hazardous materials in regulated environments

Pay Details: $32.14 to $38.52 per hour
