This role is the "face of the team" - driving positive change through modern Agile methodologies, digital engineering practices, and collaborative leadership. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with people management skills, serving as the bridge between engineering teams, customers, and program leadership. You'll empower your team of electrical engineers and manufacturing technologists while strategically leveraging cross-functional Leidos resources and external partners to deliver mission-critical test systems efficiently.
