At Churchfront, we believe technology—when paired with timeless truths—can unlock new potential in ministry. We’re a national AVL integrator serving churches across the United States, designing and installing clear, reliable, and distraction-free systems that help churches steward technology wisely and maximize their kingdom impact.
We’re looking for an AVL Installation Foreman to lead our installation projects in the field. This role is for someone who acts like an owner, leads with humility, and takes pride in equipping churches with systems built to last.
The AVL Installation Foreman is the on-site leader responsible for the successful execution of Churchfront installation projects. You’ll oversee daily installation activity, lead technicians in the field, and ensure all work meets our standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship.
This is a hands-on leadership position operating in active construction and renovation environments. You’ll work alongside the crew while planning daily tasks, coordinating with project leadership, and serving as the primary on-site point of contact for church staff, general contractors, and other trades.
We don’t just install systems—we equip teams. That means the way you lead on-site, the quality of your work, and how you interact with church leadership all matter. You’re representing Churchfront’s mission every time you step onto a job site.
Pre-Install Planning Conduct site surveys to verify readiness, identify risks, and set the install team up for success before work begins. Coordinate with general contractors and other trades to align schedules, access, and responsibilities.
Field Execution Read and execute installation plans and cabling schematics from our design and engineering team, ensuring field work matches documented intent. Oversee cable pulls, terminations, labeling, testing, rack builds, and equipment installation—ensuring systems are clean, organized, and built to last.
Rigging Own on-site rigging execution, ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with manufacturer specifications, structural requirements, and industry standards.
Communication Keep Churchfront project managers informed of progress, changes, and challenges. Work directly with church leadership and other trades to keep projects moving forward. Leave no room for ambiguity—expectations, timelines, and next steps should always be clear.
Problem-Solving Anticipate problems before they escalate. When challenges arise, solve them calmly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or safety. We think ahead—and we expect you to do the same.
This role is for someone who embodies ownership, not just seniority. You’re comfortable leading installs in active construction environments, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and making informed decisions in the field.
You take pride in clean, professional work. You lead people well and naturally set the tone on job sites. You’re organized, dependable, and able to translate design documentation into real-world execution.
You’ll thrive here if you:

This position is based in Melbourne, Florida and requires travel to project sites across the United States. Expect approximately 10–15 days per month on the road, depending on the install schedule.
Churchfront is built for the long term. We invest in people who take ownership, lead themselves well, and want to do the best work of their careers.
We value clarity, systems, and sustainable excellence. We believe the work we do matters—not because technology is the point, but because it serves something greater. When a church’s AVL systems work the way they should, there’s nothing standing between the congregation and the message.
If you’re looking for a leadership role where quality actually matters and your work directly serves the local church, we’d love to hear from you.
