About the Role:
As a Branch Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing team and a welcoming branch environment. You'll lead daily operations, coach and develop staff, and ensure every member receives outstanding service that reflects our Credit Union's mission and values. This role combines leadership, operational excellence, and a passion for helping members achieve their financial goals.
What You'll Do:
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years in branch operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication-verbal, written, and interpersonal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
Sales and business development experience.
Other:
Ability to travel as needed.
