The Opportunity This is an integral leadership role within MetLifes Finance and Risk Management (FRM) Technology organization. It is an exciting time to be part of FRM as we continue to modernize and transform while continually being focused on our talent and culture. This role is accountable for executing the technological aspects of the ERP transformation in close collaboration with business leaders while partnering with Enterprise Architecture and other teams. The role will be building, leading, and developing the global delivery model offshore technology team in MGCC, working with system integrator partners, and will be responsible for a successful transition from PeopleSoft to Workday with ERP data and analytics enablement. This role requires strong execution discipline, business acumen, and the ability to translate business transformation objectives into reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

Location Expectation This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
Salary and Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $164,200 - $218,900. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
