Base Salary: $110k $150k + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This AVP-level opportunity sits within the Fund Finance group of a well-established global financial institution, focused on the underwriting, structuring, and syndication of bilateral and syndicated fund finance facilities including subscription lines and NAV facilities. The team works directly with fund clients and administrators on a hands-on basis, offering strong deal flow and meaningful exposure across the full transaction lifecycle. It's an ideal next move for a credit analyst or associate currently in a front office fund finance seat who is ready to step into a more senior underwriting and structuring role with greater ownership and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the structuring and management of fund finance transactions including subscription facilities and NAV facilities across bilateral and syndicated structures
  • Review and analyze fund financial statements, borrowing base certificates, and fund formation documents to assess creditworthiness and transaction risk
  • Identify and analyze key risks associated with fund financing transactions;prepare detailed credit write-ups and reports for senior leadership and head office
  • Collaborate with fund clients and affiliated fund administrators for ongoing monitoring and reporting purposes
  • Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes and tools including validation models, policies and procedures, and operational workflows
  • Support loan syndication efforts in connection with fund finance transactions
  • Participate in special projects and adapt to evolving business needs as directed by management
