Job Summary
This job oversees the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of operational projects as assigned. Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations for strategic and long-term planning. Implements productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolves problems, identifies trends, determines system improvements and implements change. Communicates and interprets organizational and departmental goals and objectives to all areas of responsibility; develops and assumes accountability for departmental budgets and provides leadership and direction in the planning, implementation, and evaluation activities of all areas of responsibility.

- Education: Required - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field. Preferred - Master's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
- Work Experience: Required - 10 years of experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care delivery, including 3 years of leadership/management experience.

- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.

Job Duties
- Leads the coordination, implementation and execution of operational/expansion and performance improvement projects as assigned.
- Assists with operational responsibility for ancillary and support services.
- Supports overall strategic goals of the organization and identifies potential growth opportunities.
- Participates in physician development and relations.
- Participates in community outreach activities.
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects.
- Normal routine involves no exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue and as part of their employment, incumbents are not called upon to perform or assist in emergency care or first aid.
- The incumbent has no occupational risk for exposure to communicable diseases.
