Job Description
- Manage and support the ongoing administration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's HR systems and related applications.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, test, and deploy system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
- Configure HR system functionality, implement process improvements, and develop solutions that support evolving business requirements.
- Act as the primary resource for resolving HRIS-related questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing system support.
- Produce and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Analyze reporting needs and create customized reports to deliver meaningful workforce insights.
- Perform regular audits and validation checks to maintain the accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data.
- Investigate system or data issues, identify underlying causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business teams to streamline processes and improve overall system efficiency.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support compliance initiatives, internal controls, and data governance efforts.
