Job Summary and Qualifications The AVP, HR, Digital Transformation & Innovation serves as a strategic HR leader partnering with DT&I and business leaders to shape and execute workforce strategies that advance the organization's digital and AI transformation. This role delivers high-impact HR partnership in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce readiness to accelerate transformation success. In close collaboration with DT&I, HR Centers of Excellence, and business leadership, the AVP turns transformation priorities into actionable people strategies and enables adoption of new ways of working. Key Responsibilities Serves as the strategic HR partner to DT&I leadership, aligning workforce and talent strategies with digital transformation, data, and AI prioritiesPartners with leaders to define talent needs, role evolution, and workforce plans, including identification of critical skill gaps and practical talent supply solutionsLeads development of career pathways and succession planning for key digital, data, and AI roles to strengthen internal mobility and long-term capability buildingAdvises leaders on organizational effectiveness, team structures, governance, and decision-making to support agile, cross-functional ways of workingOversees performance management and talent review processes to strengthen workforce capability, build leadership pipelines, and accelerate readiness for critical roles.
