POSITION SUMMARY
The Leader of Project Management Office (PMO) and Business Integration is a senior leader responsible for aligning the organization’s project portfolio with strategic goals, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring the successful adoption of changes across the business. This role oversees complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, establishing governance, project methodologies, and reporting structures to maximize value and minimize project conflicts. Enhancing the scope and capabilities of the department are dedicated resources focused on the integration of business needs and processes with technology and its ongoing maintenance / change process. Aligning vendor management activities into the scope of this role provides this leader direct alignment between the procurement and management of vendors and their performance in support of Community Health Options’ ongoing business operations across the enterprise, including the Community Health Options’ BPO/TPA supporting a broad range of health plan operations, including claims, provider calls, integrations with their technology vendors such as portals, FWA/PI, etc.
