Relationship Manager, Private Clients

We are looking for a Relationship Manager who will provide an excellent level of service for a portfolio of local and international High Net Worth Private Clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a high-quality banking experience for your client portfolio.
  • Following up in-bound leads and enquiries for new products and services
  • Displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products and services.
  • Showing awareness and active contribution towards the bank's financial targets and the revenue/profitability of your clients.
  • Building and maintaining a clear understanding of the bank risk appetite, policies and guidelines.
  • Positive cross-departmental co-ordination in order to deliver a highly effective service to your clients.
  • Assessing client risk in order to ensure timely and accurate completion of client periodic risk reviews and close any KYC/AML shortfalls.
  • Ensuring that all relevant and current rules, regulations and Bank policies are adhered to in respect of your clients.

Your qualifications and skills include:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a front office client relationship role or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Level 4 or higher RDR compliant Investment qualification
  • A track record of working collaboratively within a team.
  • A successful track record of working towards financial targets.
  • A high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation.
  • A strong ability to build long lasting and mutually beneficial client relationships.
  • A pro-active approach to suggest new ideas/innovation/process change to deliver for client requirements.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and enthusiasm for change and the unexpected.
