About the Role:
We're looking for an Assistant Vice President, Retail Strategy responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and execution of enterprise retail initiatives across our life insurance and annuities business.
The AVP, Strategic Accounts serves as a key strategic partner to the President of Retail and plays a central role in cultivating business development opportunities for the retail business. In addition, this role will ensure alignment, prioritization, and execution across senior leadership, including Sales, Intelligence & Enablement, Marketing, and Strategic Accounts in addition to leaders of Operations, IT, Product and Actuary. This role will be responsible for developing new market opportunities and driving visibility into key initiatives, maintaining accountability across teams, and ensuring strategic priorities are executed effectively and on schedule.
