JOB SUMMARY:
The AVP Treasury Management is responsible for building, managing, and growing a best-in-class Treasury Management function. This position will lead the strategy, product development, sales execution, and operational delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for business members. The role partners closely with Commercial Lending, Business Services, Operations, IT, Risk, and Finance to grow fee income, expand business deposits, deepen primary financial institution relationships, and deliver scalable, member-centric treasury solutions across Albuquerque, Santa Fe, and surrounding markets

Duties/Responsibilities:
Build and scale the Treasury Management department, including organizational structure, staffing, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Those in a leadership role are expected to participate in company meetings, community events, and similar engagements as ambassadors to the organization and its mission. These include voluntary and involuntary events that although ordinarily will be during business hours, does include weekends and evenings as announced.
