Description

We are seeking an AWD/SS&C Chorus Analyst to join Roth Staffing (Ledgent Tech is a division of Roth) on W-2 Contract for a client team in Newport Beach, CA.

Duration - 6 Months

Location - Newport Beach, CA

Pay Range - $75 to $82.39/hour

We are seeking an experienced AWD/SS&C Chorus Analyst to join our client's team, supporting enterprise BPM and workflow automation initiatives. This role is a balance of business analysis and technical execution, with a stronger emphasis on the technical side.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incoming tickets related to system integrations and workflows
  • Support onboarding of new products into P&L systems, ensuring accurate data flow
  • Analyze workflows, identify requirements, and coordinate QA processes
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, development, QA, and support
  • Continuously learn and optimize AWD/Chorus screens and processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an analyst within the AWD / SS&C Chorus platform
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow systems
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience customizing AWD screens (basic JavaScript and/or HTML)
  • Exposure to Appian (nice to have, but not required)

Team Environment:

  • Work alongside senior analysts with deep platform expertise
  • Partner with developers, QA, and support teams in a collaborative setting
  • Primarily analytical role with minimal hands-on development

As a Sr. Systems Analyst I within the Technology team, this person will have the opportunity to partner with the Business on their technology enablement needs. This person will be responsible for business analysis and providing support to technical teams, business partners and management using Agile methodologies. This individual will meet with business stakeholders to understand and identify needs, capture, analyze and document requirements from a technology perspective.

How you will make an impact:

· Analyze complex business problems, evaluate business needs, and clarify requirements, data, processes, and systems for complex technology projects.

· Work with Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize use cases and drive understanding

· Develop solutions to complex problems, requiring the regular use of ingenuity and creativity, within the larger context of the business needs and objectives; coordinating with business areas, Digital Transformation teams and Technology on overlapping functions.

· Recommend scope, facilitate and participate in application design sessions, and aid in the development of system solutions.

· Engage and actively participate in sprint and release plans and participate in retrospectives to continually improve team processes.

· Prepare time estimates for completing features, and assist in overall scope definition, management and tracking. Facilitate the development process.

· Support user acceptance testing and adoption of changes through planning, test-scenario identification, communication, and execution.

· Coordinate testing and code promotions with developers, testers and DevOps engineers. Participate in problem resolution.

· Troubleshoots production problems and acts as liaison among business areas, keeps all parties informed of status, and coordinates problem resolution.
