Title : Operations Analyst
Location: 100 Coliseum Drive, Cohoes, NY
Duration: 6-month contract
Pay Rate: $26/hour
Job Description
- Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
- Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business.
- Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Work across multiple systems and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ongoing issues and answer policy-related questions.
- Provide operational support and assist with special projects as needed.
- Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including quality, client service, information security, and compliance.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a concentration in Finance or Business.
