Description
- Configure and implement Qualys Patch Management module for AWS EC2 environment
- Design and execute tag-based patching strategy (Env, OS, criticality, patch window)
- Set up patch baselines, patch jobs, reboot strategy, and exception handling workflow
- Ensure agent compliance, asset onboarding, and patch readiness across servers
- Drive non-prod and prod rollout with validation and compliance tracking
- Enable Vulnerability (VIT) remediation through integrated patching workflow
- OS-level issue resolution (Linux/Windows)
- Agent compliance and monitoring
- Incident/problem management support
- Collaborate with platform and operations teams for stability, reliability, and automation
- Strong hands-on with Terraform (design + build + troubleshooting)
- Create reusable Terraform modules
- Manage infra lifecycle (provision modify destroy)
- Experience with CI/CD-integrated IaC pipelines
- Hands-on EKS cluster operations and management
- Cluster setup, node groups, scaling
- Workload management, resource optimization
- Linux (RHEL / Amazon Linux) + Windows administration
- System troubleshooting, performance tuning
- Hands-on handling:
- OS-level issues
- Server failures, disk/volume issues
- Ability to manage CXO / Cloud Business Office / App teams / Platform teams
- Drive alignment across multiple value streams
- Qualys Patching config experience
- AWS Cloud expertise mandatory
- Terraform skills
- Participated in Well architecture framework
