Title: AWS Cloud Application Developer
Locations: McLean, VA
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $55-$58/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, PySpark, and Event-Driven Architecture. The ideal candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, serverless technologies, and modern CI/CD practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS EC2, EKS, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
Develop scalable event-driven architectures using Kafka and messaging frameworks.
Design and implement RESTful APIs utilizing AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
Build and manage containerized applications using EKS, ECS, and Fargate.
Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation.
Develop and optimize data processing solutions using PySpark and Spark.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and CodeBuild.
Monitor application health and performance using CloudWatch and AWS X-Ray.
Design and manage secure cloud environments leveraging IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.
Manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring high performance and scalability.
Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions using EBS and S3.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver business-critical solutions.
