Mentor and upskill internal engineering teams on AWS services, cloud-native development, microservices architecture, and cloud security best practices.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, ELK Stack, Prometheus, or Grafana to maintain system health, performance, and security visibility.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external development resources.
Architect secure integrations between legacy PHP systems and modern .NET microservices, ensuring seamless data flow, reliability, and system integrity.
Establish and enforce AWS security best practices, including IAM least privilege access, VPC segmentation, encryption standards, network security controls, and compliance requirements.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Conduct regular security assessments, risk reviews, and architecture audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all information assets in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Required Skills
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering, including at least 3 years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments.
Strong expertise with AWS services including EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
Proven experience designing, deploying, and supporting microservices architectures, preferably within .NET environments.
Familiarity with PHP and .NET development to support modernization and migration initiatives.
Experience implementing and managing monitoring and observability platforms for distributed cloud systems.
