Requirements:
- 5+ years of AWS Core Services experience
- 5+ years of AWS Glue and PySpark experience
- 5+ years of SQL experience
Responsibilities:
- Perform triage and troubleshooting for production incidents.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of business issues related to healthcare claims processing.
- Develop SQL queries to support business requirements and operational investigations.
- Identify performance bottlenecks in code, data pipelines, and job configurations.
- Lead Priority 1 (P1) and Priority 2 (P2) incident bridge calls.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call, weekend, and holiday support rotations.
