Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, ensuring precise part assembly, and reviewing welding procedure specifications. You will also execute welder certification tests and maintain detailed records of all processes and qualifications. This position demands the verification of equipment, interpretation of complex fabrication designs, and active support of our rigorous Quality Assurance Manual.
Candidates must possess an AWS CWI or AWI certification, with a robust understanding of the AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code and a thorough background in manufacturing. Five years of welding expertise, adept documentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. A commitment to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a clean driving record are essential.
