Job Description
Resource should work 3 days a week from the office.Skills / Experience- 5+ years experience in AWS
- AWS professional and/or specialty certification, such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer
- Experience in implementing Secure Architectures for private and/or public internet facing systems
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure, and best practices. Such as K8S, Containers, Serverless, Microservices
- Strong understanding of IaC, CI/CD Pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation, Bitbucket, Bamboo etc.
- Strong understanding of networking and internet protocols and distributed systems
- Experience designing and developing resilient, highly available and scalable systems for the cloud
- Experience in cloud cost optimization and budget management
- Proficiency in Python, AWS CLI
- Working knowledge of Shared Responsibility models
- Prior experience building out CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile teams, and related tools (Jira, Confluence, etc)
- Background in software development a plus
- understanding of the financial markets a plus
- Azure experience a plus
- BA or BS in any STEM or related field. Masters a plus
