Key Responsibilities:
- We're seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and automation for a SaaS Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. You'll own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability while working closely with engineering, security, and product teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
- Deploy, configure, and support scalable environments across development, testing, staging, and production
- Build and maintain infrastructure for integrating multiple platforms and services via APIs
- Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment and operational workflows
- Design and implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions for platform health and performance
- Provide test execution infrastructure and integrate test automation into deployment pipelines
- Integrate automated security and compliance scanning into CI/CD pipelines
- Work closely with engineering and security teams to build reliable deployment infrastructure

Required Skills:
- Master's in Computer Science preferred
- 5+ years of DevOps/Cloud engineering experience, plus 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Expert-level experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized workflows (our CI/CD pipelines and test suites run in containers)
- Experience building and integrating APIs for platform connectivity and automation
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
- Production experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for infrastructure and deployment issues
Priority Skills:
- Experience with SaaS/multi-tenant platforms at scale
- Experience integrating multiple third-party platforms and services
- Experience with API testing and integration patterns
- Working knowledge of NIST 800-53 security controls and compliance requirements
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms (SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, etc.)
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and testing
- Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Professional, CKA, Terraform Associate
