Akkodis is seeking an AWS Full Stack Developer for a Contract with a client in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native microservices and serverless applications on AWS while driving scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

AWS Full Stack Developer Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native microservices and serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, and SQS.

• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using AWS CloudFormation to enable automated, scalable, and secure cloud deployments.

• Develop and optimize data solutions utilizing DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, and Athena to support high-performance and reliable business applications.

• Implement AWS security best practices, including IAM, encryption, secrets management, and compliance controls across cloud infrastructure and applications.

• Drive DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives by developing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployments, and enhancing system monitoring and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, conduct code reviews, and deliver scalable cloud solutions in Agile environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related technical field.

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud-native application development, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud technologies.

• Strong expertise in AWS services including Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS, Glue, DynamoDB, S3, Athena, and PostgreSQL, with hands-on experience building scalable serverless and event-driven architectures.

• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation), Java and Go development, cloud security architecture, DevOps/SRE practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production support in enterprise-scale environments.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $56.00 per hour
