Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS Python Technical Lead to lead project delivery and manage end-to-end execution of cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS and Python, along with experience in project planning, stakeholder management, and leading onsite technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience in project planning, estimation, and execution.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading onsite teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and detailed project plans.
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead and mentor the onsite project team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and support strategic initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices is a plus.
