Job Title: AWS Solutions Architect/ Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS solutions focusing on GovCloud environment, including Landing Zone build with AWS Organizations, SCPs, account vending, KMS, and monitoring stack
- Develop and maintain DevSecOps pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, OPA/Sentinel, Python, and Bash scripting
- Create and manage Terraform modules, remote state, IAM Identity Center, and AWS networking components (TGW, VPC, VDSS/VDMS)
- Design KMS CMK, implement AWS security services such as GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Inspector, and Config
- Ensure compliance with DISA Cloud Computing SRG standards and manage security policies and infrastructure as code
- Collaborate with team to optimize AWS environments and ensure security best practices are enforced
Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of related experience in cloud architecture and AWS solutions
- Experience specifically in AWS GovCloud, with knowledge of Landing Zone and AWS Organizations
- Proficiency in Terraform, including module design and remote state management
- Strong understanding of AWS networking (VPC, TGW), security services, and IAM
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and policy-as-code tools like OPA/Sentinel
- Familiarity with Python, Bash scripting, and DISA Cloud Computing SRG
- Certifications: AWS SAA minimum (SAP preferred), AWS Security Specialty strongly preferred, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, DoD 8570/8140 IAT II
