**Job Summary: **As an Assembler, you will perform repetitive workstation/line-assembly operations to mass-produce axle components or assemble them onto completed axles. You will work safely, following all policies and procedures, and participate in safety and quality improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble axles and component parts.
• Verify specifications by measuring parts.
• Follow procedures to ensure quality products.
• Report shortages and quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Promote a team atmosphere.
• Rework axles as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Certification or training period completion.
• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good work ethic and adaptability.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

You should be proficient in:

• Mechanical Assembly Skills
• Blueprint Reading
