Assyst is seeking an experienced Axon Fsus Camera Integration Facilitator to serve as the primary coordinator and technical liaison for all camera-related activities within the Axon Fsus ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring camera systems, video feeds, integrations, and user configurations are successfully onboarded, maintained, and optimized to support operational requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to facilitate camera connectivity, provide user support, monitor system performance, and maintain high standards for video quality, security, and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with property owners, IT teams, and integration partners to onboard new cameras into the Axon Fsus platform.
  • Validate camera compatibility, network connectivity, and camera placement to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Assist with installation planning, scheduling, network setup, and system configuration activities.
  • Ensure all video feeds meet established quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Provide recommendations to improve camera coverage, system functionality, and overall platform performance.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and training for stakeholders, businesses, and community partners connecting cameras to the Axon Fsus platform.
  • Develop user-friendly training materials, guides, tutorials, and support documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for camera owners regarding connectivity issues, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Perform routine audits of camera health, uptime, and video feed performance.
  • Identify degraded or non-performing video feeds and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, system updates, and improvement recommendations.
  • Monitor compliance with quality, security, and operational standards across all connected camera systems.
  • Communicate regularly with program managers, technical leadership, and external partners to ensure alignment on camera integration initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and video surveillance data.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, security requirements, and client policies related to data protection and video surveillance operations.

Required Skills

  • Experience coordinating camera system integrations, deployments, and onboarding activities.
  • Knowledge of IP cameras, video management systems, network connectivity, and surveillance technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot camera connectivity, video feed, and configuration issues.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder training and developing user documentation.
  • Strong understanding of system monitoring, performance validation, and quality assurance practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed documentation and track multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy requirements, and video surveillance compliance standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
