Role: Azure DevOps Engineer
Focus: Building, securing, and scaling Azure infrastructure for a high-performance SaaS platform.
Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in Azure Suite:
3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing end-to-end Azure environments.
Critical Azure Skills:
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration.
Azure Functions and serverless architectures for event-driven solutions.
Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployments.
Core services: Azure SQL, VMs, Storage, IAM, and cost optimization.
Proven ability to architect large Azure environments from scratch (ground-up design, scalability, security).
Scripting & Automation:
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
Expert-level GIT skills: Advanced knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and repository management (e.g., rebasing, cherry-picking, conflict resolution).
Security Focus:
Identity management, encryption, and compliance in Azure.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Monitoring with Azure Monitor or Application Insights.
Experience with Azure serverless/event-driven architectures.
SQL/NoSQL database tuning and backups.
Key Responsibilities:
Automate infrastructure and deployments using Azure DevOps and Git-based version control.
Manage and secure Azure environments (AKS, Functions, VMs, etc.).
Optimize CI/CD workflows for rapid, reliable software delivery, leveraging Git for code collaboration and pipeline integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve Azure performance/security issues proactively.
