Title: Azure AI Foundry AI Engineer
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 6+ Months
Salary Range: $50 - $55 an hour on W2 or C2C

Job Description:
We are looking for an Azure AI Foundry AI Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and AI agents. The role requires strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Azure AI services to develop scalable, production-ready AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop GenAI applications, AI agents, and RAG-based solutions using Azure AI Foundry
  • Build and integrate LLM-based solutions (GPT, Llama) with enterprise systems
  • Develop APIs, microservices, and AI workflows using Python
  • Implement evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, TruLens) to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations
  • Work on Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, and AI Search
  • Build and maintain MLOps pipelines using CI/CD, Docker, and MLflow
  • Ensure Responsible AI practices, security, and compliance
Required Skills
  • Strong Python programming
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering
  • Azure AI ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Foundry)
  • Frameworks: LangChain / Semantic Kernel / crewAI
  • Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure AI Search)
  • APIs, microservices, and MLOps tools (Docker, MLflow, CI/CD)
  • Machine Learning, Deep Learning fundamentals
Experience Required
  • 8 10 years in AI/ML or software engineering
  • Experience delivering production-grade GenAI solutions
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration

  • Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments
