Job Description:

Our client, a leading automotive and life-health company, is seeking a highly skilled CIO to lead their technology division. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cloud architecture, specifically with Azure, and experience in the automotive or life-health industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's cloud architecture strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Oversee the IT department, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members and other departments.
• Drive innovation and identify new cloud technologies that can help the company achieve its business goals.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring that all cloud architecture initiatives are executed with excellence.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately for cloud-based initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure that the company's cloud infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable.
• Implement best practices in cloud security, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that meet business needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert for all cloud architecture related issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in information technology, with a minimum of 5 years in a cloud architecture role.
